When booking any 1:1 session such as self-healing with hypnosis, we always begin with a 15-30 minute call to connect and to answer any questions you might have. You will be speaking directly with your hypnosis practitioner or personal coach to support you in assessing rapport. Things you can anticipate: 1. Discussing your goals for your 1:1 sessions. 2. Sharing potentially relevant treatment history, including any work you are doing with medical professionals 3. Reviewing logistics, including client commitments when working with us.
cancellation policy
We do NOT refund for no-shows for a reserved service, fee-based activity, or private session. Notice of cancellation must be given at least twenty-four (24) hours before the start time of the event for a full refund of the service cost. Cancellation of a fee-based activity or service within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled start time of the service is NOT eligible for refund. Thank you for your understanding.
